It contains a 4:1 carb:protein ratio, the superior protein whey isolate, L-glutamine, and a blend of easy digesting carbs. Together, these ingredients work magically to kickstart the recovery process. The result is faster performance gains, faster recovery times, and less soreness.

Tough to make whey protein taste good...tastes like a "cold" hot chocolate at best with water, but tasted excellent with milk and had no digestive troubles.

Fluid makes the best recovery drink I've ever tried. I can barely get most other products down after a hard ride but I don't have a hard time savoring Fluid. It just goes right down and makes me feel great. Chocolate flavor is great, but I like all of them!

For years, I have been drinking Chocolate Fluid Recover because it always prepares my body for the next days workout. The taste is excellent and gives your body the exact nutrients we need after an incredible workout or race. No athlete should be without FLUID.

This is easily one of my favorite Fluid products. I get a surge of excitement when I realize I've finished my workout and now I get to enjoy some Chocolate Recovery.

I love chocolate milk and this tastes just like it when mixed with milk, only better! After a hard Boston training run, a rough open water swim workout, or a long IM training ride, this totally hits the spot. I mix it with milk most of the time and once in awhile bust out the blender and mix in some frozen berries. Yum!

I LOVE Fluid chocolate Wave Recovery as soon as I get home from a hard ride or run!
My fav recipe made in a Nutribullet or blender:
Crushed ice, almond milk, (1) scoop of Fluid chocolate Recovery, (1) ripe banana, (1) tbsp peanut butter, small handfull of raw almonds
This will satisfy, make you smile, and help your body recover! Great taste, all natural, no stomach upset!

It's important to have some calories within 30 minutes of a workout, so yay recovery drink! I like to use 3 or 4 scoops for a longer workout instead of the recommended 2 though.
