I've tried multiple products prior to Fluid and can say, hands down, this is the most effective. I'm a triathlete and generally use after hard or long duration workouts. With other products (endurox, powerbar, for example) I never felt a noticeable difference. However, with Fluid, I actually feel like a can train hard on back-to-back days and not feel the same level of fatigue as with other products. It's been a game-changer for me. I will be recommending to all my friends.

Fluid Recovery is the oldest tool in my nutrition cabinet. I have used it for years, and have no intention of changing my routine. Love this stuff, drink after every session.

I used to just drink FLUID's Chocolate Wave Recovery after my long runs. As an ultra runner I have realized that I'm constantly beating my body up and I need to do everything I can between any run or gym session to heal up and prepare for the next day. Now I always mix up a bottle of Chocolate Wave to bring with me to the gym, or have in my car immediately after finishing a run.
I can tell the difference when I use it, and with it's optimal blend of carb's to protein, glutamine, and the delicious taste, it's the perfect recovery drink.

I'm on my 3rd season using FLUID (triathlete). This year I turn 39. I've been told by other athletes to accept that as I get older I will slow down. With this acceptance it should help me stay injury free by not over training. It's a line of BULL!!!! I keep getting faster because I'm recovering better =) This stuff tastes so good I cant wait for a workout to finish so I can down this wondrous chocolate creation....
Oh and finishing on the podium is icing on the cake!!

I first tried Fluid after a run with my roommate who is a competitive cyclist. His team uses Fluid to help recover from their races. I thought it would be a good idea to start using a recovery drink as I'm training for the LA Marathon. I've previously run and trained for multiple half marathons including the SF 1rst and 2nd half marathons. When I would really start to up my mileage, my recovery times seemed to get longer and more painful. Ever since I started using fluid, I am able to recover quicker and get back to training much sooner than I ever had before. I can now run more than a half marathon week after week in preparation for the full without without being overly sore. I eventually got into mixing a few servings of Fluid Recovery Chocolate with milk, ice, banana, and a little bit of peanut butter to make a smoothie worth looking forward to after 18 miles, but it's just as good and much faster to make by just stirring it in with some milk.

Tasty too. I love Fluid Chocolate Recovery after a big workout. I mix with about 10-12 oz of water. Tastes just like chocolate milk. I've used it for the past year and a half in training for an Ironman and a few 70.3s. Great product!!!

tastes best when you mix it post workout with almond milk! my favorite is mixing it with almond milk AND frozen raspberries...tastes like a decadent chocolate raspberry milkshake!
