Some of my goals for 2021 include running a 2:40 marathon at the young age of 40 :) And also to enjoy and have fun training.
Favorite Fluid flavor: After a tough workout I always like to recover with some Cinnamon Vanilla. It is my favorite as it tastes delicious. I mix it with water or sometimes add it to my morning shake.
I'd like to tell you I have a favorite song for training, but I don't listen to music when I run. I like to focus on my breathing and everything going around me. After running with no music for 7 years I'm used to it now. A little something about me: I went from being a 240 lbs guy to a 2:40 marathoner in a few years. If I can do it, SO CAN YOU!!!
