I'm not pushing as hard as I want to as often as I want to these days but when I do, Fluid Recovery is my go to. Delicious, clean ingredients, and helps me to feel better the next day than I otherwise would.

While the post ride benefits of Fluid Chocolate Recovery drink are well documented, here’s our newest fave! Mix six heaping labels of the chocolate recovery with two labels of Cinnamon Vanilla recovery in two cups of coffee. Then add a few cups of creamy vanilla oat milk. Dump in a full size 18 oz container of rolled oats and stir to mix it all together. Add extra oat milk if needed. Mixture should be fairly runny. Refrigerate overnight and voila! Yummy refrigerated overnight oats for breakfast the next morning.
