I've recently seen the light when it comes to my on the bike and after the bike Fluid intake (see what I did there). I've had a friend try and tell me for years now that Fluid is the only thing he uses, but I always just got by with water and whatever cheap after ride protein drink was convenient. After using fluid, for a few weeks now, I see what I've been missing. The performance Fluid for during workouts/rides is easy on the stomach, but still flavorful enough to be enjoyable. It doesn't have that overly sweet taste like some of the other sports drinks out there. The mix of carbs and other ingredients seems to be pretty spot for keeping me feeling good on my rides. After the hard rides I mix up a quick batch of their recovery formula, the Cinnamon Vanilla is my favorite so far, and chug that down. It's not thick and heavy like most protein drinks and tastes good with water or milk as the liquid component. Give fluid a try, I did and I couldn't be happier.
I used these bottles for my swag bags for a Nutrition and Wellness workshop for a corporate client, and they were awesome!! The participants loved the bottles and the recovery samples!!
What can I say...they're soft, easy to squeeze when my hands are sweaty. I love the colors!
The raised edge on this bottle is the best. Allows a good grip to remove and and replace the bottle in the cage while riding. Going on three years now I have never had one of these bottles come out the cage while riding.
