Very Hydrating!

It’s like liquid IV but BETTER! We are looking into ordering more for our team. Highly recommend! Lemon Lime is my all time favorite ofc but the others are just as tasty.

Great taste and easy on the GI

I have been using the rehydration mix for several weeks now. I have Sojgern's syndrome and am a runner (5K, 10K, Half)—code for 'I stay dehydrated.' The ORS has been easy on my GI (unlike many mixes I've tried) and helps me feel less dehydrated.
