Trail & Ultrarunner 

2023 Goals: To race a variety of distances to continue to explore my strengths as a trail runner. I plan to compete in a Vertical Kilometer, a 10k or 10 miler, a 25k, a 50k and potentially a road marathon. As of now, I am planning to race the FOURmidable 50k in February and hopefully many more races this summer and fall.

Favorite Fluid Product: Cinnamon Vanilla Recovery Mix because it always settles my stomach and helps me recover quicker after big workouts. It is my go-to post-run fuel when I'm in a rush to get to work!
