Fluid Recurring Orders

Here at Fluid, we are trying to make things as simple as possible for our customers. Our subscription delivery service can be setup to deliver the product you want, at the intervals you choose. So you are never left without product!

From the checkout you can choose to add the product to a recurring order with delivers every 30, 45, 60, 75, or 90 days. All recurring orders receive a 15% discount. This discount is for every recurring order, not just the initial. When signing up for recurring billing, a THREE shipment minimum commitment is required. Shipment quantity and products can be adjusted or skipped if necessary though, should your original order volume be unsatisfactory.

You can add as many subscription or one-time items as you want to your current order. The checkout process is the same as always, and your subscription items will be delivered within a few business days of placing your order. 

All future subscriptions will ship at the interval you choose. You can view your subscriptions and delivery schedule by logging into My Account and clicking on "Manage Subscriptions." From here you can:

• Cancel subscriptions (after three deliveries)
• Add items to already scheduled orders
• View the upcoming deliveries schedule
• Skip individual deliveries
• Modify shipping and billing information (Our PCI Compliant servers ensure your information is safe)
