Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any physical address in the world, as well as PO boxes within the United States. When your order is placed through our website, it is sent to our friendly staff and prepared for shipping. Most orders ship within 2 business days of order placement and sometimes faster. If you need your order shipped sooner, please give us a call and we'll do our best to make sure you get your Fluid when you need it. In the event you select an expedited shipping service, the time in transit you select will commence once the order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

We make shipping as easy as possible with four shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping (4-7 Business Days) $4.95
  2. Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days) $7.95
  3. Guaranteed UPS Handling (1-5 Business Days) Cost by Weight
  4. Free Local Pickup at our warehouse for San Luis Obispo customers

Our shipping carriers are United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS).

In the event you wish to receive your shipment at a PO Box Address, USPS is the only eligible shipping carrier.

FREE SHIPPING!

We are pleased to offer free shipping with the use of a coupon code on qualifying orders, as well as free shipping on all orders over $75 after any discount or promotion. Please note that our online store will only allow ONE coupon code per order. Fluid reserves the right to ship with any carrier of our choosing on all orders qualifing for free shipping.

UPS Delivery Timeframes

Service Description
UPS Next Day Air Delivery next business day typically by 10:30 a.m.
UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery within 2 business days by end of day.
UPS 3 day Select Delivery within 3 business days by end of day.
UPS Ground Delivery based on distance to destination, usually within 5 days of continental USA. See map above.

 

Returns Policy

We are proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all Fluid products. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Clothing returns and exchanges

All clothing and soft good returns must be in new and salable condition. Clothing and soft good items do not qualify for a return or exchange if they have been used or washed. If you feel that a clothing item has manufacturing defects or flaws, please contact us for return/exchange instructions.

Returns/exchanges are not available for Fluid triathlon/cycling clothing ordered through the Pactimo webstore as they are custom made for your order. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Instructions

Please enclose a copy of your order receipt, with instructions noting whether you would like a return or an exchange, as outlined on the back of your printed order receipt. Returned items should be returned in their original product packaging. When requesting an exchange, please make sure to note any new sizes or flavors to ensure that you are sent the desired exchange item(s).

Please send your return information and merchandise to the name and address below. You are strongly encouraged to utilize a shipping service with tracking capability.

Fluid will happily absorb the cost of shipping exchange items from Fluid HQ to the customer. However, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, as well as the cost incurred for your return shipment.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
