Accomplishments from 2021: I ran at least a 10K every day in May and had my most running miles in a month (200). I finished my first sprint distance duathlon. In October I completed my 2nd century ride (and in less time than the first).
Goals for 2022: Another century ride. Ride and run a total of 1,500 miles. I'd also like to focus more on strength training and recovery than I have in past years. I would also like to try bike packing this year. Finally, to not be injured this year.
Favorite Fluid Flavor: Blueberry Pomegranate Performance (though Raspberry Lemonade is giving it a run for its money) & Cinnamon-Vanilla Recovery (tip: makes a great hot beverage in the winter after a cold weather workout).
