  1. Why did Fluid decide to make a creatine? 
    We made this product to be of service to customers we care about and the athletes they serve. We are a customer driven organization, and when our dietitians and strength coaches at the professional and D1 level ask for a clean, simple, creatine, we listen. While there is no shortage of creatine options, there is a void at the intersection of taste, quality, affordability, availability, customer service, and banned substance testing.

  2. How and when should I use this?
    • Take 1 serving (5 grams) daily. This can be taken with water, juice, or preferred liquid at anytime. 
    • Or, blend into your favorite breakfast or post-workout smoothie.
    • Or, add to your bedtime routine by mixing with your preferred magnesium supplement, protein, or pre-bedtime drink.

  3. What does micronized mean?
    Micronizing is the processing of taking a particle of something from one size and reducing it down to a smaller size. This aids in solubility, and increased solubility helps the body to actually absorb what you ingest.

  4. Aren't all creatines kind of the same? How is this one any different?
    • Great question - yes and no.
    • Yes, in the sense that creatine monohydrate is a three amino acid compound consisting of arginine, methionine, and glycine. 
    • No, in the sense of solubility and taste. Not all creatines are micronized or processed with equal quality control and the same levels of care.
    • No, in the sense that not all creatines are 3rd party tested for banned substances and historically can have issues with contamination depending on the quality of the supply chain.

Seems good- a little gritty

I was happy to buy from a local company. I don’t have a basis for comparison since this is my first creatine purchase. The powder does not clump, but I find it a little bit gritty when mixed into drinks.
