I made some big life moves in 2019, from Oregon to Rhode Island. I am joining a PhD program at Brown University, so I had to cut my racing schedule down a bit during the transition. But 2020 is looking bright and full of obstacle course racing, with the primary goal of qualifying for OCR World Championships in October. I am keeping my run training strong, but also mixing in some extra time with the weights and even jumping into a ninja gym every couple of weeks to build my obstacle skills.
Favorite Flavor: Cinnamon Vanilla Recovery. It helps my body repair after pushing myself on the track or in the gym.
